Where do you ship orders from?
All our orders ship from our base in Spain. If you purchase from abroad, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time.
How long does shipping take?
The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for mainland Spain. For other destinations, please contact us.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return or exchange. We only ask that the items be unused and in their original packaging.
Can jewelry get wet?
Our pieces withstand daily use well, but we recommend avoiding continued contact with salt water, chlorine, or perfumes to maintain their shine.
Can I order a gift package?
Of course. All of our jewelry is delivered in thoughtful packaging, but if you'd like an extra touch, please let us know at checkout.
