Real estate website development on the Costa Brava

An estate agency website is not a company site with photos of houses: it relies on a listing catalogue that stays current and on enquiries that arrive tied to a specific property. We build websites for agencies on the Costa Brava and in the Empordà with clear listing pages, visible status and a viewing request that keeps the property attached.

Listings that help buyers decide

Each listing page shows the fields the agency approves (price, size, status, approximate location), only photos you are cleared to use, and a clear status: available, reserved or sold. The viewing request starts from the listing itself, so you know which property the enquiry is about without asking.

Manual catalogue or CRM-connected

There are two routes. Manual: you edit listings on the website, which is simple and has no dependencies, but sold properties must be removed by hand. Connected: the CRM is the main record and the site receives its data, which means less daily work but supplier conditions and a connection cost. Before building we check what your CRM allows (an interface, a periodic export) and tell you whether it is viable; we do not assume every CRM can connect, or that Brava already has a connector for yours. We also agree what happens to a withdrawn property so it never shows as available.

Search and enquire without losing the property

Filters are defined from your real portfolio, not a portal template: area, type, price range and whatever your clients actually ask about. Most people browse on mobile, so the form is short, already includes the property reference and also offers a direct phone or WhatsApp contact.

Language versions and listing SEO

Each language gets its own URLs, reciprocal links between versions and adapted copy rather than automatic translation. Google accepts language variants declared via HTML, HTTP headers or a sitemap, and recommends that every version links to the others; we set it up that way. In Catalonia, Law 1/1998 (art. 32) also requires businesses to be able to serve consumers in Catalan and Spanish, so forms and commercial replies should cover both. Which further languages to add is decided from your real enquiries, without assuming a buyer profile.

Demo, delivery and maintenance

We start with a free demo: a sample listing with fictional data, filters and a viewing request, so you can see the journey before deciding. After launch we agree who updates listings and prices and how often data is reviewed; any CRM connection is quoted separately, case by case.

Why Brava

First we understand how you work. Then we build.

The most common mistake when hiring a website or an AI automation is building it without studying how the business actually works. That is why it fails, breaks and scares the client.

Frequently asked questions

How do I keep a single version of the catalogue between my CRM and the website?

First decide which system is the main record and which fields it shares with the site. If an authorised connection exists, we define how it updates and how errors are flagged; if not, we agree a manual procedure. The point is that a withdrawn property never keeps showing as available.

What if my CRM cannot be connected?

We review exports, available interfaces and the supplier’s conditions. A catalogue managed directly on the site or an update by file may work. If no option is reliable we tell you before building; we do not promise that any CRM connects without cost or changes.

Can more languages be added later?

The structure can be prepared for new versions, but each language needs its own copy and a review of the listings: it is not just a language switch. We decide with the agency which languages are worth serving based on the enquiries it actually receives.

How are developments with several homes handled?

Shared information about the development is separated from the pages of each unit, which have their own status. Before development we agree who updates availability and prices and where the data comes from. The demo uses fictional data to show the journey.

Does your agency need a website that turns visits into clients?

We show you a demo with a sample listing, filters and a viewing request before you decide.
